How to upgrade exotics to the next GS tier ?.

So running in WT-5 with my WT-4 Chatterbox is doable but not ideal.

I have the blueprint to update it but need and exotic art.  Anyone know how to get.

Have not seen anything on it yet.

Ok to answer my own question...

You need to deconstruct an exotic which gives two exotic parts which yo ucan then use to upgrade an other exotic to a higher world tier if you bought the blueprint from the vendor after you go the exotic.
