Key Problem clothing event

I came back to the game this week and I'm trying to finish the clothing event which still has 4 days to go, the problem is that the game is bugged and doesn't drop any keys, even though I've reached the 4 levels needed to get the key, is there a solution for that? ?

Evidently Ubisoft in particular is notorious for selling buggy product, and failing to patch it. Why is that?
