yes, but all of these are human controlled. And while this demo has a driver, the dog has AI to deal with it's local environment.  Imagine what a soldier can do if he's only carrying his weapon and armor with this dog carrying everything else.  Running up stairs right behind and gaining it's own cover.  Drawing fire away from the soldier.

 And note, small tracked vehicles suck at mixed terrain. 

As far as Drones go, they are in service in both observation and attack, but again human controlled.  And many are very small - pocket sized - providing an hour or so loiter time before batteries run out.  I have also seen 'smart' grenades that can be piloted short distances and command detonated - but those are still in development.  Way cool stuff as long as you're a student of war instead of the target.

Some 0f the drones even have miniguns on them.😉
