Voice problems

I cannot hear anyone talking in the game. They cant hear me. I switch to party chat and im ok but i want it to work the other way.

what is wrong and how can i fix it?

Having problems on PS4 too. Have not been able to use my mic yet. Voice settings are on default. Recording a voice message on PS4 works, but ingame mic does not seem to work.
