HELP - The Division - game freeze at start

Hello,

I don't know if any one had this problem but when i start the game, after Ubisoft logo, whe it should say" Connecting "account name" computer freeze's completely and just a hard restart works. Please let me know if any one has a solution to this. It started a while ago to do this but now after Win 10 last update and GPU( GTX 770)  driver update I can not start the game anymore.

I'm on PS4, so I haven't had this problem.  I saw a thread on these forums about the game freezing, but that seemed like it was about it freezing during a gaming session on PC and not at the start.

I didn't see anything on the Ubi forums, http://forums.ubi.com/forumdisplay.php/498-The-Division, but you might head over there and post up to see if they can help.  I don't know how quick they'll get to it, since they said in the last SotG that the game is broken on so many levels and then don't know where to start.
