Update: Status Weapons PVE

please update all of the status damage weapons so that the first hit from out of combat or when you've swapped to the weapon (10 second cd) causes the status effect and that the next status effect lands after the number of kills, this would go a long way to improving the status damage weapons all around especially in PVE.

This single change would improve all of these weapons and make them useful especially for status and hybrid healer builds.
